Days 1-3CairoDelve into the treasure chest that is the Egyptian Museum, home to one of the world's greatest collections of antiquities, including the impressive contents of Tutankhamun's tomb. A trip to Giza will leave you in awe of the mighty Pyramids and mystical Sphinx.
Day 4AswanEnjoy an overnight train journey to the colourful souqs of Aswan. Inspect the intricate temple of Philae, see the Unfinished Obelisk and marvel at the Aswan High Dam, which forms the massive Lake Nasser.
Days 5-6Nile RiverVisit the impressive temple of Kom-Ombo, Edfu and the Temple of Horus on a journey down the Nile towards Luxor, once the golden capital of the Egyptian Empire.
Days 7-8 Luxor/CairoThe Valley of the Kings is home to a number of magnificent tombs, the temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. Learn a little about these illustrious remains on a guided tour, before returning to Cairo by air.
