Day	Destination	Description
Day 1	Marrakesh	The journey begins in this city of souqs, spices and snake-charmers.
Day 2	Taroudannt	Hidden behind red ramparts, this laid-back town is an excellent place to relax. Be sure to discover the Berber market.
Days 3-4	Mirleft	Unwind on a pristine beach in sleepy Mirleft, a town of artists and musicians. Activities like motorcycling and paragliding are possible here for the adventurous.
Day 5	Amtoudi	The eerily empty outpost of Sidi Ifni is a haunting reminder of Spanish imperial ambitions in this area. Get off the beaten track with a trek in Amtoudi, followed by a visit to a local home for dinner.
Days 6-7	Tafraoute	Watch this town's famous boulder-strewn landscape turn from red to pink to mauve in the light of the setting sun.
Day 8	Tata	Situated in the shadow of the Jebel Bani mountain, this oasis settlement has a lush palmeraie and an interesting old kasbah to explore. Stay in a stylish room overlooking pretty palms and enjoy the magical serenity of the Saharan night.
Day 9	Desert Safari	Hang on tight for a camel ride across the rolling dunes, then settle in for a night at a desert camp, beneath immense Saharan skies.
Day 10	Ait Benhaddou	This former trading hub was featured in the Hollywood blockbuster 'Gladiator'. Explore the intricate clay architecture at your leisure. The best way to finish off the day is with a meal of delicious couscous.
Days 11-12	Marrakesh	A return to marvellous Marrakesh marks the end of this Moroccan adventure. Mingle with tourists and locals in the city's main square - where music and mouth-watering aromas pervade the air.
